Kind of one of the scenarios she used to consider worst-case: Spike's stuck here. He's safe from the plague, whether it's thanks to the nanobots or not, but now there's the threat of amazons. And if something happened to him, it'd be fucking unbearable. It'd be worse than knowing he's (relatively) safe back at the bar and House of Arch.

It's complicated. Maybe a Spike-style understatement is the best way she can hope to get it across.
